از مرکز ملی رقابت، این شورا در جلسه ۵۵۵ خود، با بررسی شکایت پیشگامان فناوری و دانش آرامیس (تپسی) به استناد بند ۳ ماده ۶۱ رأی بر توقف رویه ضد رقابتی از سوی شرکت ایده گزین ارتباطات روماک دارنده (اسنپ) داد. پیرو شکایت تاکسی اینترنتی تپسی از اسنپ، شورای رقابت شرکت اسنپ را به دلیل استفاده از مالکیت هزار سیم کارت و ساخت حسابهای کاربری به عنوان کاربر مسافر در سامانه شرکت تپسی و دسترسی به اطلاعات تماس حدود ۱۴ هزار راننده شرکت تپسی، به ارتکاب رویه ضد رقابتی محکوم کرده و دستور توقف رویه ضد رقابتی مذکور را صادر کرد.
شورای رقابت همچنین به استرداد اضافه درآمد شرکت اسنپ از طریق مراجع قضایی ذی صلاح رأی داد. گفتنی است روابط عمومی مرکز ملی رقابت بر اساس بند ۴ ماده ۶۱ فصل نهم قانون اجرای سیاستهای کلی اصل ۴۴ قانون اساسی مکلف به اطلاع رسانی مواردی است که منجر به شفافیت بازار شده و از خسران عمومی جلوگیری میکند.
