مدیرعامل شرکت آب و فاضلاب سیستان و بلوچستان در تشریح آخرین وضعیت اجرای طرح جهاد آبرسانی، با تأکید بر اینکه تخصیص به موقع و مورد نیاز اعتبارات نقش مهمی در تکمیل این طرح در زمان مقرر دارد، گفت: در توسعه طرح جهاد آبرسانی، تأمین آب همه روستا‌های فاقد یا دچار تنش آبی استان محقق می‌شود.
جهاد آبرسانی، پروژه‌ای چهار ساله است که از ابتدای سال ۱۴۰۱ وارد فاز عملیاتی شد و پس از ۱۵ ماه مجموعاً حدود ۴۰ درصد پیشرفت داشته است.
اجرای کامل این پروژه، می‌تواند علاوه بر تأمین آب سالم روستا‌ها در کشور، بخش زیادی از مشکلات این مناطق را مرتفع ساخته و از مهاجرت‌هایی که به خاطر کم آبی به حاشیه شهر‌ها در حال انجام است، جلوگیری کند.
افزایش روستا‌های هدف در آخرین روز‌های سال ۱۴۰۱ و در بررسی قانون بودجه، نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی سازمان برنامه‌وبودجه را مکلف کردند در سال ۱۴۰۲ اعتبارات تأسیسات آبرسانی در روستا‌های بالای ۲۰ خانوار کشور را بر اساس اعلام وزارت نیرو تأمین کنند.
اگرچه هدف‌گذاری ابتدایی طرح بزرگ جهاد آبرسانی برای ورود به ۱۰ هزار روستای دارای تنش آبی بود، اما به دنبال سرعت بالای اجرای پروژه‌ها در سال اول اجرای این طرح و با نظر مثبت هیئت دولت، تعداد روستا‌های هدف این پروژه به ۱۶ هزار روستا افزایش یافت.
در میان استان‌های ایران، سیستان و بلوچستان با هزار و ۷۵۱ روستا بیشترین تعداد روستا‌های هدف را در قالب این طرح به خود اختصاص داده است.
به‌هرحال جهاد آبرسانی طرحی برای رساندن آب به روستا‌هایی است که یا فاقد آب سالم بهداشتی هستند یا نیازمند بازنگری در تأسیسات آبرسانی. طرحی که به وسعت روستا‌های ایران برای رفع تشنگی آن‌ها تدوین و اجرا شده و در صورت تخصیص به‌موقع اعتبارات و عدم وجود مشکل در روند اجرا، پیش‌بینی می‌شود تا پایان دولت سیزدهم شاخص برخورداری از آب شرب روستایی به ۸۰ درصد برسد.
در حال حاضر، یکی از بزرگ‌ترین دغدغه‌ها، تغییر اقلیم و کاهش نزولات آسمانی در استان‌های مختلف است که منجر به کاهش منابع تأمین آب سطحی و زیر زمینی شده است.
هر چند پیوسته تأکید می‌شود با رعایت مدیریت مصرف، همگام با اجرای پروژه‌های آبرسانی، می‌توان به مشکلات تأمین آب فائق آمد، اما نباید فراموش کرد که اگر کار‌ها به‌موازات هم پیش نرود نمی‌توان به نتایج آن امیدوار بود.
روایت تنش آبی در سیستان و بلوچستان نیز قصه پر غصه‌ای است که خشکسالی و کم آبی بیش از دو دهه آن علاوه بر اینکه امان مردمانش را بریده و رس زمین‌هایشان را کشیده، اهالی این دیار را با ریزگرد‌های حاصل از باد‌های ۱۲۰ روزه، دست‌وپنجه نرم کردن با بیماری‌های عفونی و تنفسی مواجه کرده است.
برای خروج از این وضعیت در طول سال‌های اخیر نسخه‌های فراوانی توسط مسئولان و کارشناسان امر پیچیده شد که برخی از آن‌ها در همان ابتدای امر با شکست مواجه شد و برخی نظیر آبرسانی سقایی با مشکلات فراوان هنوز انجام می‌شود.
اما میان تمامی این طرح‌ها با روی کار آمدن دولت سیزدهم و نگاه ویژه رئیس‌جمهور برای حل این معضل عزم‌ها جزم و اجرای طرح عظیم جهاد آبرسانی باقوت هر چه بیشتر در دستور کار قرار گرفت و ضعف‌ها و کاستی‌های بر جامانده از دولت‌های قبل شتاب بیشتری برداشت تا کورسوی امید در دل مردم سیستان و بلوچستان روشن شود.
مدیرعامل شرکت آب و فاضلاب سیستان و بلوچستان گفت: در راستای اجرای منویات مقام معظم رهبری و به‌منظور رفع محرومیت و ارتقای شاخص بهره‌مندی از آب شرب در سطح کشور، جهاد آبرسانی بنا بر تأکید مقام عالی وزارت نیرو تشکیل شد تا در راستای آن روستا‌های فاقد تأسیسات و یا دچار تنش آبی آبرسانی شوند.
