حامد یزدی مهر با اشاره به صدور هشدار نارنجی هواشناسی نسبت به آبگرفتگی معابر و امکان سیلابی شدن مسیل‌ها و گفت: مردم پایتخت پایان این هفته از رودخانه‌ها فاصله بگیرند و کنار مسیل‌ها اتراق نکنند. 

یزدی مهر بیان داشت: طبق اعلام سازمان هواشناسی از ظهر چهارشنبه ۲۳ فروردین ماه تا اواخر وقت پنجشنبه ۲۴ فروردین ماه در استان تهران به ویژه ارتفاعات شمال و شمال غرب و غرب استان شاهد رگبار شدید باران، رعدوبرق، تگرگ و وزش باد شدید خواهیم بود.

مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استان تهران نسبت به احتمال بروز اختلال تردد در جاده‌های کوهستانی نیز هشدار داد و عنوان داشت: توصیه اکید مدیریت بحران در زمان صدور هشدار‌ها این است که مردم در صورت عدم ضرورت از تردد در جاده‌های کوهستانی بپرهیزند و در صورت حضور تجهیزات کافی به همراه داشته باشند. 

وی در ادامه گفت: طبق پیش بینی‌های سازمان هواشناسی از بعد از ظهر چهارشنبه تا صبح شنبه به ویژه بعد از ظهر پنجشنبه تا جمعه در استان تهران به ویژه مناطق جنوبی و غربی شاهد وزش باد شدید تا خیلی شدید، احتمال طوفان لحظه‌ای خواهیم بود و اکیدا توصیه می‌شود کوهنوردان آماتور و حرفه‌ای در این زمان از صعود به ارتفاعات خودداری کنند. 

یزدی مهر در خصوص سامانه پیش بینی شده وزش باد شدید در استان تهران نیز هشدار داد و افزود: شهروندان از قرار گرفتن زیر تابلو‌های تبلیغاتی و درختان فرسوده اکیدا خودداری کنند چرا که در زمان وقوع باد شدید سقوط اجسام و اشیاء بسیار محتمل است، همچنین ضروری است که نسبت به سازه‌های موقت و قیم سازی نهال‌ها تمهیدات اندیشیده شود.    
مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استان تهران با اشاره به پیش بینی هواشناسی مبنی بر کاهش ۶ تا ۱۲ درجه‌ای دما از روز چهارشنبه ۲۳ فروردین تا جمعه ۲۵ فروردین ماه نیز هشدار داد و اظهار داشت: کشاورزان و باغداران استان تهران نسبت به اخذ تمهیدات لازم جهت جلوگیری از آسیب به از درختان اقدام کنند.
