लाखों लोग हर साल अयोध्या जाते हैं। कोई किसान जो फसल बेचकर एक बार दर्शन करने आता है और दानपेटी में ₹500 डाल जाता है। पूरे भरोसे के साथ। इस यकीन के साथ कि उसका एक एक रुपया सही जगह जाएगा।
आज उसी भरोसे पर सवाल खड़ा है।
जब ट्रस्ट बना, उसी साल warning भी आ गई थी
श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट 5 फरवरी 2020 को बना। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के उस ऐतिहासिक फैसले के बाद जिसका इंतज़ार दशकों से था। लेकिन बनने के महीनों के अंदर ही नवंबर 2020 में एक निजी audit कंपनी ने जो रिपोर्ट दी वो बेहद चिंताजनक थी।
उस रिपोर्ट में साफ लिखा था कि ट्रस्ट का प्रबंधन पूरी तरह अव्यवसायिक है। दान का कोई व्यवस्थित लेखा जोखा नहीं। हर लेनदेन के लिए कोई तय तरीका नहीं। काम करने वाले लोगों की जवाबदेही तय नहीं। Audit कंपनी ने यहाँ तक कह दिया था कि मौजूदा हालात में निष्पक्ष काम करना बहुत मुश्किल होगा।
यह 2020 की बात है। आज 2026 है। वो व्यवस्था आज भी नहीं बनी।
₹3500 करोड़ आए और हिसाब का अता पता नहीं
2020 से अब तक ट्रस्ट को सिर्फ नकद में ₹3500 करोड़ से ज़्यादा दान मिला है। सोना, चाँदी और गहने इससे अलग हैं। अप्रैल 2025 से फरवरी 2026 के बीच अकेले ₹82.78 करोड़ दान आया। बैंक में जमा रकम पर ब्याज से ₹138.03 करोड़ और। यानी रोज़ का औसत करीब ₹24 लाख।
इतनी बड़ी रकम और जो व्यवस्था उसे संभाल रही थी उसे 2020 में ही अव्यवसायिक करार दिया जा चुका था। मेरे हिसाब से यही इस पूरे मामले का सबसे बड़ा सवाल है। पैसे आने का रास्ता था लेकिन संभालने का नहीं।
जांच में क्या निकला?
6 जून 2026 को चढ़ावे में हेराफेरी की खबर सामने आई। शुरुआत में मामला दबाने की कोशिश हुई लेकिन बात निकल गई। 13 जून को खुद ट्रस्ट ने जांच की माँग की। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने लखनऊ मंडल के आयुक्त विजय विश्वास पंत की अध्यक्षता में विशेष जांच दल बनाया जो 16 जून को अयोध्या पहुँचा।
जो सामने आया वो चौंकाने वाला था:
- ट्रस्ट में ज़्यादातर फैसले लिखित आदेशों की बजाय मौखिक निर्देशों पर होते थे
- दानपेटियों की चाबियों का कोई ढंग का हिसाब नहीं था
- नकद गिनती में गड़बड़ियाँ मिलीं
- CCTV footage में गिनती के दौरान पैसे अलग करते दिखे
- कुछ footage मिटाए जाने का शक भी है
अब तक 150 से ज़्यादा लोगों से पूछताछ हो चुकी है और पाँच आरोपियों के ज़रिए करीब ₹2 करोड़ बरामद हुए हैं।
किन लोगों पर नज़र है?
ट्रस्ट के महासचिव चंपत राय जांच के घेरे में हैं। ट्रस्टी अनिल मिश्रा से करीब तीन घंटे पूछताछ हुई। निर्माण सहायक गोपाल राव का नाम भी सामने आया है। चंपत राय के करीबी माने जाने वाले टिन्नू यादव से तीन दिन पूछताछ हुई और उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा होने की संभावना है।
इसके अलावा सेवानिवृत्त अभियंता दीनानाथ वर्मा ने बताया कि मंदिर परिसर के निर्माण में एक ठेकेदार से 40 प्रतिशत कमीशन माँगी गई थी और लागत जानबूझकर बढ़ाकर दिखाई गई।
खर्चों पर भी उठे सवाल
अप्रैल 2025 से फरवरी 2026 के बीच ट्रस्ट ने सुरक्षा पर ₹10 करोड़ खर्च किए यानी हर महीने करीब एक करोड़। भोग प्रसाद पर ₹11 करोड़ अलग से।
सवाल यह है कि जब मंदिर परिसर पर पहले से ही केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की सुरक्षा मौजूद है तो ट्रस्ट ने अलग से ₹10 करोड़ सुरक्षा पर क्यों खर्च किए? यह पैसा किसे गया?

भरोसे का टूटना , यही सबसे बड़ा नुकसान है
दैनिक भास्कर की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पहले दानपेटियों में रोज़ ₹8 लाख से ₹12 लाख आते थे। विवाद के बाद यह घटकर ₹1 लाख रोज़ रह गया है।
यह सिर्फ पैसों की बात नहीं। यह उस आम इंसान के भरोसे के टूटने की बात है जो Rajasthan के किसी छोटे गाँव से बस में बैठकर अयोध्या आया था और दानपेटी में अपनी बचत डाल गया था। वो आज घर बैठकर यह खबरें पढ़ रहा है।
राजनीति तो होगी, लेकिन असली सवाल अलग है
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि जांच ट्रस्ट की अपनी माँग पर बैठाई गई है और दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। अखिलेश यादव, डिंपल यादव और संजय सिंह ने न्यायिक जांच की माँग उठाई है।
ऐसे मामलों में हर दल अपना angle ढूंढता है, यह समझ में आता है। लेकिन असली नुकसान उस इंसान का होता है जिसने भरोसे के साथ दान किया था।
आगे क्या होगा?
विशेष जांच दल की 20 पन्नों की प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट सरकार को सौंपी जा चुकी है। इसमें मुकदमा दर्ज करने, पिछले पाँच साल के दान का विशेष audit कराने और पूरी व्यवस्था को technology से जोड़ने की सिफारिश की गई है। आगे UPI और QR code से दान को बढ़ावा देने की योजना भी है।
छह साल। ₹3500 करोड़। और व्यवस्था वही की वही रही।अगर आप अयोध्या जाते हैं तो नकद की बजाय बैंक खाते या UPI से दान करें ताकि आपके पास अपने दान का कोई सबूत रहे।
और एक सवाल जो सोचने पर मजबूर करता है क्या आपको लगता है कि सिर्फ मुकदमों और जांच से यहाँ कुछ बदलेगा, या इन बड़े धार्मिक ट्रस्टों को किसी स्वतंत्र निगरानी व्यवस्था के दायरे में लाना ज़रूरी है?
